The living room is comfortable furnished with a large sofa and 2 large armchairs. Large smart TV within the living room can be enjoyed from the living room, dining area or kitchen area due to the open space layout.
Dining table comfortably sits at least 4 and there is a working desk to the side.
The renovated, fully equipped kitchen (large double door refrigerator, cook top, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washer & dryer) is well stocked with plate ware, glassware, pots, pans... makes cooking in easy and enjoyable. Granite counter tops and custom made cabinets.
The bedroom (with a king size bed) enjoys water views and direct access to the lanai terrace. Plenty of draws and closest space for unpacking and comfortably settling in. Another smart TV is this bedroom.
The bedroom leads to a full size fully renovated en-suite bathroom with granite counter top, wall size mirror and large walk in-shower.
We are located adjacent to The Marriott Resort and Spa which features additional pools, beaches, restaurants and the 40,000 square foot spa offering a range of beauty care services and pampering to no end. The marina offers boat and other watercraft rentals, a private fishing pier and a luxury dinner/brunch yacht cruise is available on site.
