The Bay View Tower is located on the Punta Rassa Peninsula near the entrance to the Sanibel causeway and adjacent to the Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort. Dolphins frequently play near this beach and can be seen along with the other wildlife.
The new kitchen features granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator and all the cookware needed for a “stay at home”
meal. A washer and dryer provide the convenience of being at home.
The beaches, shopping, golfing, fishing, and water sports can all be enjoyed from this perfect location. I have another condo to accommodate you if your dates are taken.

The Master Bedroom has a King bed with en-suite bathroom.
The Guest Bedroom has plenty of room with 2 twin beds with an adjacent bathroom that can be locked-off with a pocket door to provide privacy.
Three TVs are included with the unit along with free Wi-Fi.
The nearby Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa features six on-site restaurants and lounges within walking distance; the award-winning Courtside Steakhouse, The Tarpon House Restaurant, Charley’s Cabana Bar, Palm Court Bakery, The Cove, and the Sanibel Harbour Princess (Dinner cruise aboard a 100 ft. luxury yacht). Also available are Day/Weekly/Monthly passes which can be purchased at The Spa daily from 7am – 7pm and are subject to availability.
